You sound like me when I first got mine (granted I was 12 ;) ). PATIENCE. They are so worth it. I'm wearing my glasses right now and am miserable. Can't see as well AT ALL.

Soak the contact. Next time, if you can't get it out after a few tries, wet it (get contact lens drops - make sure they're safe for contacts!) and then try again. I may make you a video of how I take out my contacts ;)
