No nap
Punk took a 40 minute nap today. Yes, 40 minutes, after taking 20+ minutes to fall asleep. 40 minutes instead of 120. She woke up after I folded the laundry and put dishes in the dishwasher, but before I could dress or eat. This can only end badly, folks.
She is fighting a cold and is congested, which I think is part of the problem, but she is SO wired. She didn't fall asleep last night until 9:30pm (instead of 7:30). She did sleep in until 7:30, but still. Not enough sleep.
This evening is going to be... interesting. Crash and burn baby. Maybe I should break out the benadryl.
(She's still in the crib right now, singing "Happy Birthday" and screeching. I just can't get her yet. Just can't. Need time.)
