I have white spots on my two front teeth too and I also wondered about them, but my dentist said they're nothing and it's the way my teeth grew in... i.e. calcifications... and it's nothing to be worried about. Before I knew what they were, I tried whitening strips but that just made my teeth super sensitive. So I know it's nothing and my teeth are healthy. So Punk is fine too :-)
