that all sounds so great! and it sounds so similar to what i hope is about to happen at our house. ang is starting a new position at work next week. it's $8k less a year (don't know how we're going to balance that), but her stress level is going to be phenomenally less. instead of working 7:45am-6:30pm, she's going to be 7am-3pm. and if she works extra she'll get paid for it, where now she is salaried. i'm so happy for her that she'll get toddler-time that isn't rushed, and happy for her that she'll get to do more of the picking up and general cleaning in the house, because for some reason she really likes that. :)
