We were in a terrible money situation when I was pregnant. I was on short term disability early because I got sick.


I was so stressed and it was terrible so let me say this...

You are pregnant! you are not allowed to stress any more than the usual heartburn and stuff =)

Can you figure a way to stay home? It may just be the less stress route although at first I think the planning stressed me more. We cut out cable, fancy foods, eating out...we made every sacrafice we could. My short term disability was next to nothing and my spouse did not work but a mere 5 hours a week. It was crazy but doable.
