Well, I wouldn't want to live in a nowhere town, either. I don't like being in the middle of nothing with no walkable neighbors - that would drive me bonkers. I'm more of a "small city" person rather than a "small town" person.

Living in NH is fine if your Boston job isn't /south/ of the city. Because boy that would be a HUGE pain in the butt for me, commute-wise. :)
