Bonuses kind of suck like that when they're roped into something else. When I started my employment at my current company, I was HIRED in March, but they couldn't start me until like April 2nd or 4th or something, so the following year when it came time for PDP Performance-Dividend-Payout they said I only get half instead of all because I started in APRIL, missing the cut off by a few days. I'm like, well I was HIRED IN MARCH!! :(
