We went into it - it was one of the 8 houses we saw on Saturday. The yard was still gorgeous but it had structural flaws. I think it was built into a yard that had been partially filled and then it had settled - you could actually FEEL the slant in the floor as you went down the hall, and that didn't sit well with me. Also, the windows were super old and drafty, and one window sill had mold. It wasn't a good choice.
