I agree, you can certainly count your blessings and still feel like you need a break; you have had more than your fair share of stress over the past couple of months, to put it mildly. I guess the only thing Thank goodness you have Jen in your corner. The love of a good woman-- hell, the love of a good person-- can prop you up when everything else feels like it's caving in.
