Trust me, I have a similar ire for the US Postal Service. A friend sent me an entire box of hand-me-down maternity clothes that just "disappeared" and I never received it. I still feel awful that all of her stuff is gone.

I think we will love the bouncy seat. Bouncy seats are usually lifesavers, and I could use a good lifesaver or two. We actually already have a hand-me-down bouncer that turns into a rocker, but it doesn't do vibrating or toys or anything. SO AWESOME.
