I hadn't been to Mystic since I was a small child, and even then I think I only went to the Aquarium. I have never been to the Seaport, and I think we would have gone if it wasn't so crappy out. We will have to go again, it's only about 1.5 hours away. Mystic is a beautiful place.

Olde Mystick was where we had the chocolate covered bananas! It was pretty but seemed mostly just like a shopping plaza to me. Did I miss something?

I'm glad it has such romantic memories for you. I had visions of taking sweet walks by the shore but unfortunately the weather had other plans and instead I had a lot of sweet naps in the B&B.
