maybe it's the first in a line of losses for New England? I'm thinking, specifically, of Romney....

or is that too much to hope for? (Really, I can't decide which Republican is least electable, so i can't decide who i want to win the primary. same for the dems...except most electable...)

Can you tell I've been up since about 5:30am with a certain ear-pulling boy?

I hate when "shoo-in" and "inevitable" get used in regards to a championship. Especially since the Pats have looked like a team going through the motions since about the Baltimore game. Add in Brady's ankle, which was marginal, and a line that couldn't block for beans. And Light pisses me off so much. Over the last three or four years, I've lost count of his crucial false start and holding penalties. As my coaches used to say, it's not that hard, you just have to know how to count to two. And if Rodney Harrison bats that ball away instead of trying to catch it off of Tyree's helmet, Tyree doesn't make that fantastic drive-saving catch. He held it there long enough for Tyree to get his hands on it. Ugh...what a bummer of a game. Every time they got the ball when it was 7-3 I was saying "come on, we need a TD here. Killer instinct. Put some nails in the coffin." They just didn't have that killer instinct last night, though. :(
