We conceived Punk on October 11, 2006. In Boston.
Celebrated our birthday on the 17th.
Received a very generous gift certificate to a fancy pants sushi place from my smurfbrother as a birthday gift.
Got a positive pregnancy test on the 22nd.
Moved away from Boston and had a kid and never used the gift certificate... until now.

We're going to attempt to use it this month. Only three years late. SCORE!

So is the fancy pants sushi place Fugakyu? (If so I have had better from right around the corner for far less cost. But hey, gift certificates are to be enjoyed!)

So does this mean maybe getting to see you guys? Oh, and btw give your current project, would you like to swing through to get your infant carseat back from us?

It's Oishii in the South End. I have never been there. I'm pretty sure it opened not too long before we moved away.

I don't know how long we'll be in town (lorac kindly offered to host us for the night but I don't know if we're staying overnight or heading back home) but we'll probably be heading to RI the next day if we DO stay over, so we'd probably be up for some brunch/dim sum action which could rock.

Either way, lorac will have our kid so we should probably swing by to fetch the car seat and see your enormous child who was a baby when last we met.
