not to mention, I find it WAY too easy to jump off at any time. On an outdoor run, I'm far from home so I might as well keep running since I'll get home sooner!
I'm really only shooting for 20. I could actually stand to lose a lot more I'm sure, but I felt healthiest (and strongest) 20 pounds ago when I did crew. So I'd like to feel that way again. :)
