There's only so much TV I can watch.

I love how my little weather widget says that it's raining but it's not. Maybe it's raining downtown but here in the Notorious D.O.T. it is not. THAT would show those stuffy downtown folks!

I didn't manage to make it out of the house. I wasn't really feeling the idea of a movie alone and have secret plans to make Jen go to a movie with me later. Besides, it's more fun to put the arm rest up and snuggle a little. I'm debating doing some grocery shopping just to get out of the house. Oh, what I have become...

But oh, is my bathroom ever clean! I managed to clean the toilet, the sink area, the mirror, the shower, and the shelf area. Also the tile around the tub, and I rinsed the tub but it isn't, you know, CLEAN clean. But it sure looks nice! And the dishes are done. Finally.

Coworker Funk might be spending a couple of nights here because her landlord is apparently gutting her bathroom this weekend and she will have no toilet or shower. How effed up is that, to just spring that on someone? Apparently everyone she knows has a million roommates and no extra space, so I win the prize! I'm thankful for our guest room because it will be fun to have a Funktacular week!

I hate that our lives have become such that weekends are full of chores because our weeks are full of work. Whatever happened to those carefree weekends of drinking, debauchery, and sightseeing?

Our weekends have turned into chores and other "must do's" as well. I do miss those days of freedom and drunk escapades.

I would like a "do nothing" weekend without the anxiety of what would be left over from a "do nothing" weekend. You know? I'm such a freak!

I hear ya! I have done nothing this weekend and my house will be a mess all week. Hubby tries to pick up/clean but it's not the same. I guess I'm a control freak!

I do the same EXACT thing. We are hopeless. When we both get preggo we will take help and not obsess so much I bet.

Yeah. I don't think I ever want to go the IVF route but we're prepared to do this IUI thing at least a handful of times... or as long as the doctor will let us. Then we'll discuss other options.
