Wife Points

My wife is amazing because she did all of the laundry, and finished it up this morning. And then baked me cookies. How awesome is that? She gets a million wife points!

We had our appointment with the RE today and it pretty much went exactly as we expected it to. He offered us a chance to keep taking Clomid but recommended injectibles to try to get more follicles. Now we wait and see if insurance will approve the new protocol (they should) and see if they will require an HSG before they will approve it (they might). The doctor's office called me around 4:30pm but I was in a home visit and by the time I got out, they were closed. So now I have a message that I need to call and talk to someone... can't really make out whom. The RE kept talking about how we might have to move to "high tech" options and when I said we didn't want to do that, he tried to reassure us that it really wasn't a big deal. But it is - and it's something we don't think we want to do. *shrug*

Tomorrow is my last day of work until July 5th. How freaking excited am I? (Answer: Very.)

p.s. Did I mention that my wife is amazing? She's hot, too.

I'm glad you are in a better mood. Do you think you will try the injectibles? If I were in your shoes, I think I might give it a try. Maybe the "high tech" options aren't as bad as you think? I guess you can cross that bridge when you get there - but hopefully you won't & will be pregnant soon!

We're definitely going to try the injectibles but we still don't think we will do IVF. (That's the "high tech" I was talking about.) Hopefully the injects and new sperm will do the trick!

I wholeheartedly support your position that cats need jobs and they need to do more chores around the house. My lazy buggers do NOTHING and still expect to be fed on time! WTF is up with that?
