I had cramps for weeks after I first got pregnant; many women do! Totally normal.

We had sellers like that when we bought our house. They wouldn't do a single thing we asked. We totally caved to them, though, because it was a seller's market and we really wanted the house. We're still happy here and it was all worth it, but it was quite a trial at the time! Good luck.
