Hooray for BFP!

Oh, I am so excited!!

One of my online buddies from the charting website I use just got the best news last night. We have been chatting and sharing stories for months and months and months when we were both trying to get knocked up on injectibles and IUI with the same doctor at the same clinic. Well, we had our third (last) cycles at the same time, and I got pregnant and she didn't.

She and her husband just completed their first round of IVF and they are PREGNANT!! I am so happy I could just jump up and down for her. Oh my goodness, what a wonderful Christmas gift for them! (I hope they have a calmer pregnancy journey than we have had.)

I don't think she reads this journal at all, but CONGRATULATIONS, SHELL!!!

i'm friending you, i hope you don't mind -- i've seen several of your baby/pregnancy posts of friends' pages and i'm enjoying reading all about it. i my partner and i may be going down a similar road in the near future, so its good to be hearing all the first hand ups and downs. best wishes!

I was reading your "Frankenbaby Chronicles" journal and I'd just like to say you girls are absolutely amazing. I have so much respect for you right now. Congrats to Shell even though I don't know her, but that's wonderful news. And congrats on your little bean! I'm pregnant with #2 and he or she is due in July 2007 :)

Thanks, but I don't feel all that amazing. I just feel like a girl who is desperately clinging to some sort of hope, with a baby who seems to have the same thought! Congratulations on #2 and I hope it's wonderful and uneventful. I'm waiting for that part. :)
