Apologies to some people. I had a couple of filtered posts about things going on with my job, but let me just say briefly that:
1. I gave 30 days notice on March 16th.
2. Yesterday I received an e-mail telling me to never come back to the office.

Your ex boss bent and broke a few labor laws and she may be guilty of trying to prevent you from getting work in the industry, which is in and of itself illegal. It's why "no compete" clauses are unenforceable.
Skreeky already covered most the other points Whuffle made in the conversation I had with her this past weekend.
On a side note, a lot of the things she's been saying behind your back would constitute slander. I'd like to second Skreeky's recommendation of talking to an employment lawyer.
