On a non-related sidenote... while talking with Coworker Hope tonight, she said something to the effect of, "This is my life - with my girl and my cats. This is my life and I like it and it's not going to change."
Wow. That was powerful. I've /never/ felt like that. About anything. One of the reasons I identify with (am in love with) Jack Kerouac and Neil Cassady so much is that they were constantly moving, constantly in a state of flux, never letting the "newness" wear off of any place, any person, any experience.
I wonder if I'll ever settle...
