This is such slow going.
I've spent hours agonizing over this source material, and I can't for the life of me figure out a cohesive way to organize the information I want to present. I'm on page three, for crying out loud! Page three and I spent an hour doing it this morning and an hour doing it tonight - and that's not counting the amount of time I've spent reading and thinking and reading and thinking.
Page three. This had better be a damned good paper if it's going so slowly. You'd think I was being a supernerd by starting it now when it's not due until next Tuesday at noon. That's a week from tomorrow - plenty of time! The problem is that I'm at work from 8:15 to 6:30 tomorrow on campus, from 7:15 until 5:30 or so on Wednesday for Children's, I'm on campus on Thursdays from 9am until 9pm (though I might get out a little early on Thursday because we have that easy final), I'll be at work from 8 to 11 on Friday, and then the two Jennifers will be here. Jenn leaves on Sunday and I drop Jennifer off at the airport on my way to work on Monday. Monday I work from 1 until 8ish.
Lather, rinse, repeat. ("Only White people repeat!") On Wednesday night, I need to edit, proof, and print out that stupid Willy Loman paper, too. I think I'm going to put that one off in favor of this one. I hope to crank out at least one more page tonight. If I can do 4 today, 4-5 tomorrow, 4 on Wednesday, and 4 on Thursday, it will be almost done by the time the girls come. That's not so bad.
Of course, if it wasn't a half-hour-a-page endeavor, that might not seem so daunting. I think it's time to eat some Lucky Charms. ("Why does everyone always laugh when I say that?")
Stress bums me out. Right now, I'd really like some company... and some lovin'.
