The Jude is Great. (The Jude is Stuck.)
Mar. 13th, 2002 10:34 pmYou know, I hate to admit it, but this whole paper-writing thing goes a lot more quickly and smoothly when I actually outline what I want to say ahead of time. I think I will do what I did today again, where I take the bunch of articles that say similar things, go through them, outline them a little (make notes of which points I want to make from each one) and choose my citations.
Here there be babbling!
I am such a procrastinator and not-planner, but this really did help. I practically flew through this set of 4 pages, and had time to download songs on Morpheus (which reminds me, Magpie, you can d/l all of "Under Rug Swept" on Morpheus, but I'll still lend you my CD), chat on AIM with frageeelay, go through some of my email, catch up with you prolific darlings, try to help a new friend, and drink some orange juice (mmm!).
Of course, the extra time I had was brought to me by the letter S and the idiocy of remembering the street number of the TKD place incorrectly, so I couldn't find it and came home instead of observing the class. (This really was one of the few times I could do it, and the only time this week - I hope he'll still sign me into the independent study!) I walked a mile and a half (two laps around the apartment complex) and talked to my Jennifer which was nice. Having the extra time was worth the hassle of needing to find another time to observe this class.
So my paper that's due tomorrow is printed, and I have my notes for the final exam tomorrow night (from when he gave the questions last week), and I'm more than halfway through page 12 on the other paper. I'm about to put on my pajamas and talk to a girl, and if she can stay awake, maybe I'll make this one a long one. I miss her.
Ani on Friday with the Jen(n)s! A whole weekend with them, in fact. Life is GOOD.
I need my head buzzed.
These lyrics still break me up.
