Little red Seconals.
Aug. 6th, 2002 11:46 amMy cats are unwilling to let me get more than 2 or 3 hours sleep. This has happened every day I have slept at home for the past week. I don't know what is up with them, but they keep doing things that require me to get up and chase them out of things. I considered locking them in the bathroom this morning, that's how bad it got.
They are pulling down my flowery curtain, climbing up on things they're not supposed to, trying to eat my plants, demanding food, demanding more food, scratching me, knocking things over, making noise, running around the house, scratching boxes under the bed, meowing, meowing, meowing. It's maddening. I've even been getting out of bed at 6am to feed them their precious wet food in the hopes that they will stop and I can go back to bed. Nope.
I have gotten so little sleep this week that my joints are unable to recover from the day before, and my knees and wrists are screaming. They have been for 2 days now. They would stop with a good night's sleep.
I have a job interview at 2pm and I'm going to make a total ass of myself, because I'm exhausted and can hardly function. Yay.
