The men's bathroom on my floor at work is directly across the hall from my office, and the women's bathroom is way over on the other side. So I use that men's room all the time, but yes, it is WAY messier.

Actually, it wasn't too far from yours just a few months ago...however, I've never been able to get that *really* cool textured look like you seem to get (I call it "chunky" hair). I want "chunky" hair damn it!

When I get my hair cut, after they cut it all on top with scissors or whatever, they take this razor thing and run it back and forth across the top of my head, which makes it all uneven and stuff.

But I think what helps is that it's hella thick and marginally wavy, so it wants to stick straight up in all directions.

See, I use gel to get it to go all over the place...but it wears off as the day drags on. Then I switched to this really cool product by KMS called "molding paste". It's great for texturing but it gets waxy if you leave it in for a long time.

I used to have really thick hair that wanted to go all over the place. However, in recent years, it's thinning in a few areas and doesn't want to stand up as much as it used to. Yes, I'm going limp in my old age ;-)
