I actually like those very much, but there isn't any recommended piercer in Columbus who will do it. No one at Piercology will, and they're the people I trust the most. Once a guy referred me to some piercer in Cleveland to do it. Maybe next time I'm in Cleveland.

before I answer: what is a tragus? It sounds like a scary body part to be pierced...whatever it is.

I think those embedded pieces of metal/jewelry are cool...I think I've only seen them in magazines.

Yes, and my (recently ex-, possibly soon to be reclaimed) boy has nipple piercings and it just meant that I couldn't ever touch his nipples, because the piercings made them tickle in a way that they had not ever tickled before they were pierced, and I felt bad because I kept accidentally tickling him incessantly.

Count me in for a third vote on no piercings.

I'm not planning to ever pierce my nipple again. I did it once, oh in 1995 or so, and had it for 3 years. During that time, the piercing continued to migrate until I had this teensy piece of jewelry in it that used to be in my eyebrow. And now I have a scar.

I will say, though, that it /did/ make my (already very sensitive) nipple VERY sensitive. Not 'tickle' per se, but it could be overstimulated more quickly.

Dude, lip rings are hot. I can't remember if you said that you have you nose pierced at all or not, but a center lip ring, or the vertical labret, would look awesome with a nose piercing.

You should get the hood and a lip piercing. Don't just stop at one :)

None of us had any problems - no pain, no throwing up, nada.

My nipple piercings were a breeze, but when it comes to ear cartilage? I was whimpering in pain in the fetal position for days afterward whereas most people are usually fine with them.

I didn't even have 'not as much'.
I had ZERO. Nothing.

My biggest annoyance was it swelling a little and me 'forgetting' it was there and trying to stick my finger in my ear.

Really, it was even more hassle-free than my upper ear cartiledge.
