judecorpSo last summer, when I started my job at the shelter, we were all having this goodbye lunch for this guy Justin. We went to Plank's in German Village, and Coworker Shannon got a parking ticket for parking too closely to this cranktacular lady's car. Anyway, we're having this goodbye lunch on Monday for a bunch of us who are getting laid off, and someone decided it should be at Plank's. I called Coworker Shannon this morning and left her this message:
"Hey, Shannon, it's Jude. I hope you're doing well. Anyway, I just wanted to call you about the lunch at Plank's on Monday. I was hoping I could carpool with you. I hear you know where all the good parking spots are." And I hung up.
Apparently she said, "You little shit!" to her telephone. :)
