judecorpSo I've managed to get the laundry going and the dishes done and the bed made. I haven't dredged up the energy to walk to the post office, so maybe I can get Jennifer to drive me there and then I'll have no choice but to force myself to walk back. I feel a little better today, likely because I got a decent amount of sleep (and the advil and claritin is helping, of course). My knees still felt crappy this morning, but I can't tell if it was because I spent so much time in bed (from 11:00pm or so until 9:45am). I'm feeling very old this week.

vorpalbla and I to get our vacation pay, but I think that once she's gone, they're just going to blow it off. Aah well, I'd written that money off a while back. I honestly don't see what the big deal is, though. I mean, /their/ HR person gave us the information, so if he was wrong, can't they just suck it up and pay up? I mean, we're talking less than $2K here. Freaks. I have lost all faith in my old organization. Everything about them is so soured to me.
I'm bored. I'm stuck at home, both by illness and by not having my car. Chores just aren't doing it for me. Someone should come over and watch a movie with me.
