judecorpI should be sleeping. I just got off the phone with my best girl, and I forgot to tell her about Patti's induction. NUTS! Maybe I will call her back. Okay, good. Yay! I am so excited to hear about Patti's baby!
So anyway, I ended up not leaving my house today until 3:45pm. Yep, I'm a big slacker. I made up for it, though, by being out until a little while ago. First I picked Missy up from work, and we went back to her place and ate cheese sandwiches and Boone's Farm. And then we walked to Coffee Table and talked for a while, and walked back to her place. She knitted while I got sweaty on her bed. Whoo!
After that, I went home to chill for a little bit, but had a message from Steve on my answering machine. He wanted to go to dinner, so I went to meet him at Don Pablo's. I wasn't terribly hungry, so I got to eat chips and queso while he had dinner. We got to talk all about the gay school hubbub, so that was fun. Our server totally sucked. Damn you, Devon! Damn your black heart!
I got home just in time to get my bike and head up to see Peas and Carrots, err, I mean Sarah. It's Trashy Gay Television night, so we watched "Boy Meets Boy" and "Queer Eye For the Straight Guy." It feels so weird to me to be watching television. I haven't followed a show since ER several years ago, so I was flabbergasted at the idea that I will have to watch "Boy Meets Boy" weekly to find out what happens, but especially to see who is straight! What a silly show.
I am in love with Kyan and Jai from "Queer Eye." They are the cutest ever. Well, not /ever/ - I have the cutest girl for that. And she should come home right now, I think, instead of Friday morning. Bleh.
Tomorrow I am going to lunch with Former Coworker Jennifer. And then I'm doing a usability study for a $100 gift certificate to (I think) Victoria's Secret. What the heck am I going to do with that? And then later, I have Phoenix Pride. And after that, I might be meeting Melissa (formerly Coffee Shop Girl) for coffee or a drink or something. Busy busy. It's hard work being me, I tell ya.
