I remember when we met. I remember that we were sitting on Jodie's front steps, talking about everything. I remember how hard we tried to get along, when the combinations of our energies was so explosive. I remember promising not to speak, if it meant a promise not to bicker. And it's ironic to me that just yesterday, perhaps while you were contemplating this email, I walked past a bottle of that drink called "Memory" in the store.
I admit that I threw the bottle away when I moved out on my own, but never the sentiment. Welcome back, Princess. I intend to keep that promise as best I can.
