I deleted some friends, mostly people who don't post much, if at all. I'm an ass, it's true, and I'm probably going to do it again soon. I will include the standard disclaimer that it doesn't say anything about what I think of you as a person, and that I probably won't even stop reading altogether. I don't have one of those "issues" about people listing me when I don't list them, but if you want to drop me to keep your list "even" or whatever, heck, go to it. :)

I hate the term "friends list," because that somehow implies that I'm only friends with the people whose journals I read, or that only people with LJs are my friends. But, you know, whatever.

You know, I think Patti, Lara, and Chris are onto something with this Over The Rhine stuff. They're really good. I need CDs!

Dude, Jude, I remember when I was on Student Government at University of Cincinnati (eons ago, I know...) and we'd be booking Over The Rhine for at least one show a quarter at various places on campus (usually the bar at the student union or at Springfest). It still amuses me when people are just discovering them or Afghan Whigs, when I've known about both groups for close to 15 years now. :)
