• wanting it enough to actually bother to trace its progress through the production chain


• being told on Wednesday that your order was sent to shipping


• waiting around on Friday for the 2-Day FedEx package to arrive


• calling the company to find out what's up when it doesn't show


• being told that they screwed up the order and it's being filled again


• and will be ready for shipping on Tuesday or Wednesday
