gummy worms are close in look
and feel too, friends sometimes want a look.
when you feel your nose is mending,

the world swims in a sickly haze
and I could blow and blow for days.
What really makes me want to puke is
this never-ending flow of mucous.
I sniffle and snort each dribble and drip
and I can taste it on my lip.
The trash can's filled with my used tissues
I wish my nose didn't have these issues.
It might be a cold, allergies, or the flu,
So I took Sudafed, Benadryl and Claritin, too.
I went to my doctor for his diagnosis,
"Keep taking it all, but increase all the doses,"
That's what he said, and I guess he knows best.
But why'd he insist on a new prostate test?

You know, there was originally going to be another verse, but I left it out because I couldn't complete it.
There's a river rushing through my poor proboscis.
It's the mighty Snotomac, flowing near Manassas.
It went downhill from there.
