Yeah.
I said I would stay home tonight to get things done and make phone calls, and I didn't. I am running in too many different directions and am having a hard time settling down to do one thing at a time. So basically, nothing is getting done. Yeah. I haven't really been sleeping, either. (Manic much?) Instead of staying home, I: came home, did some stuff around the house, went out to dinner with
hopemcg and Megan, dropped Jen off, saw Peas and Sarah, made a dessert for the work holiday potluck tomorrow, and cleared out some email. PHEW.
On the plus side, tomorrow I get to go to a client's house and sign a new safety plan so Dad can move back home with Mom and kids. Hooray! Happy holidays to them! Of course, I'm also getting four (poorly done) transfer cases as of Monday, right before the holiday, and you can bet that they haven't been seen for the month, either. Wahoo.
Former Coworker Hope emailed me a job description for this Medicaid policy desk job at ODJFS. It pays something like $21/hour. It's not at ALL helpful to my career, but that kind of money would certainly be helpful in planning an East Coast move. Decisions, decisions.
I am going to bed now, so that hopefully I can catch some hot girl-on-girl action before my Jennifer needs to sleep. Because we all know I won't be sleeping. Again.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!
