Normal morning routine:

Alarm goes off at 7:40. I get up and shower. I get Jennifer up. She showers, I check email. She leaves for work. I leave for work.

This morning's routine:

Alarm goes off at 7:40. I get up and shower. I get Jennifer up. She says she's feeling poorly. I ask her if she's going to work. She gets the phone and calls out sick. We lay in bed for a few minutes. I spend my email time making her feel "better." I tuck her in. She falls asleep. I wash my hands. Twice. I leave for work.

I can still smell her.
