So I had that phone chat with the lady from CCAA. The woman who called me is actually the woman who's in the position right now, but she's leaving because she and her husband are relocating. TO OHIO. Oh, there's some funny irony in there.

All I can say is, that's the job I want. I want it I want it I want it I want it. She said she would pass my resume on to her director. I hope her director calls me.

The woman I talked to today was Maura Armsworthy. She's the current HIV Case Management Program Manager, or whatever they're calling it. Her supervisor/director is Tione Chilambe. They're over in a different site from YOF, because it's the whole Case Management department or whatever instead of the Harm Reduction department.

I didn't give your full name, but I did tell Maura that one of the things that really is drawing me to the organization is that "my friend Crystal has had wonderful experiences from Youth on Fire, and I would love to be a part of something so special" or some crap like that. It was hard to have the chat on the phone because my officemate was in the office, and though I love Tamarine, I was all self-conscious.

I think I would be a good fit for them because I've worked in the thick of things with homeless individuals and well, I wouldn't freak out about the situations that come up. I'm pre-desensitized! ;)

It would be really cool and awesome if you chatted me up tomorrow, but it's not expected or necessary. Especially if you don't come in contact with any of the Case Management people.
