This moving thing is really happening.

Carina came over and helped us pack up some of our living room tonight, after I spent the earlier part of the evening showing my car to two prospective buyers. We now have a stack of packed boxes in the living room, a pile of stuff for a yard sale, and a slew of broken down boxes on the floor.

Wow. I guess this whole moving thing is really happening. I don't know that it really seemed real until there were packed up boxes.

This evening after work I decided to bite the bullet and turn on the central air, which means I had to shut all the windows and open all the vents upstairs. (We shut the vents upstairs in the winter because there's no need to heat the third floor.) So I opened the vent in the office and realized with horror that in her anti-Grendel stage, Ralph peed down the office vent. How flippin' disgusting.
