I guess I didn't learn my lesson about Being a Jittery Mess last Sunday when I went out with folkyboy, because this morning I made myself another Big Honking Cup¹ of coffee.

¹About a million years ago (okay, it was 1998), my boss's boss at my BU job gave me a Boston mug from Starbucks as a going-away gift. It's from the "City Mug" Collectors Series and holds approximately three cups of coffee. I never learn my lesson. I always fill it up.

Also, we sell those mugs at my store, though ours are, obviously, the NYC city mugs, and I can verify for your readership that they're kinda ridiculously large. I think they're the equivalent of a Starbucks Venti cup...

hmmm just because you fill it up doesn't mean you have to drink it. Convince yourself it's in the name of philosophy: drink about a cup and a half, then spend the rest of the day wondering if it's half empty or half full..

Yeah, I agree that we need to plan a weekend or something. My problem with that is that I don't know what my schedule is going to look like until the week before (sometimes the *DAY* before...). So, pick a weekend and a city and I'll do my best to have at least one of those days off so we can make out all daygo do each otherstuff. PS: bring your copy of So I Married an Axe Murderer. I don't think the Monkey has it, and my (VHS) copy is still in a box in Atlanta.
