Breathe, Stretch, Shake, Let It Go

(A post full of complaints)

1. I don't like this weather. It's so raw out, and such a contradiction from the sunny, breezy wonder of yesterday.


2. I have a headache. It sucks a lot. I can't find any ibuprofen in the house, so I was forced to take acetominophen.


3. And everyone knows acetominophen doesn't work for crap.


4. I filed a complaint with the USPS about my missing Netflix movies last week. I was supposed to get a call back by yesterday. No call back. So I call the USPS again today to inquire about follow-up, and he proceeds to give me the phone number of my local post office. So I guess I have to do the work myself.


5. I reported the discs "lost in the mail" at Netflix, and asked for replacement movies. Today I received one replacement movie. They were both shipped together. I received one. ONE. Which means that the USPS lost two movies, I filed a report, I was mailed two replacement movies, and I received one replacement movie. Which means that my REPLACEMENT MOVIE is lost in the mail.


6. There is no way I can report this movie missing TWICE without some sort of hassle.


7. In group today, one of my co-teachers wanted to talk to me about "splitting up the work" which I think /really/ means that she feels like I don't do enough of the diaper changing and snack clean-up. And then the two co-teachers totally proceeded to /do all of those things/ without letting me do any. Which has been the problem all along, really. I mean, I have no problem doing diaper changes, and have done them in group before. But usually one of them will take a kid into the bathroom to change a diaper, and then will call each child in one after another and change the entire group. Without ever leaving the bathroom. So how on earth am I supposed to do my share? Argh.


8. Did I mention that it's a disgusting rainy day today? Bleh.

Before you panic, I have had movies sent on the same day and had them not arrive together. It happens rarely but it HAS happened. It happens more the other way, but I wouldn't lose hope just yet.

i was gonna back this up and say it's happened to me SHITLOADS at my old address when i had Netflix. i hope it'll come tomorrow for you, babes....good luck with the movies!

Sorry to hear about Netflix. I read in another journal someone didn't receive their movie either. I haven't had any problems with Netflix recently but have with USPS. I sell rubber stamps on Ebay and over the past few months 4 of my packages have somehow managed to get lost in the mail. That's a lot of packages! I am so pissed at them!

Grrrr, that sucks! The USPS can do whatever they want with stuff because there isn't anything we can do. It's not like we can just switch to another postal carrier!

Dude, the problem is not with Netflix. I LOOOOOVE Netflix! The problem is with my postal delivery service here in Dorchester. I /never/ had missing movies in the 614.
