judecorpI was supposed to meet a friend for coffee this evening, but I cancelled, even though I haven't seen her in over a year. I think I need the time, though, without the running around. folkyboy and it was a total mob scene, and I still haven't gotten all the purchases out of the car.
Jen won't be home from work until at least 11pm. (Poo.) So that gives me nearly 5 hours to do whatever I want! I think I shall take a bath in the Giant Tub (while reading the bookclub book of much slack) and then put on pajamas. And then maybe I will indulge in one of the hip hop movies I got from Netflix (so that Jen doesn't have to be subjected to my guilty love). And perhaps ice cream will also be involved. (But I'll probably get the rest of the packages and wrap presents first, so I won't be tempted to think about them.)
I find it interesting that I have tended lately to write heady stuff of a somewhat sad nature. Because the reality is that things are currently so much better and more stable than they were during and after the big move. I didn't write much then at all, but things were really down and bleak. So I guess just the fact that I'm overly verbose is a good sign. Heh.
If you think my LJ is bad, you should hear the voicemail messages I leave for people.
