judecorpI waited a couple of days for my doctor's office to call me about the HSG, but they didn't. I know that sometimes it takes a while for lab-type places to get info to doctors so I left a very nice message on the nurse's machine asking for the results of my most recent CD3 bloodwork and kindly asking when I should expect to hear something about the HSG and/or insurance. (I figure they probably hate me after the scene I made about the HSG.)
So my CD3 bloodwork was perfectly fine - FSH was 5.5ish and Estradiol was 65 or something like that. She didn't give me the numbers but said TSH and Prolactin were normal. I guess they didn't do LH because I didn't get a number for that.
She said that the report from the Imaging Center said that free spill was visible from both tubes. (Buh? That's not really what I remember them saying... I remember a little debate about whether what they were seeing was spill and if it was being hidden behind bones.) So I guess the NP and doctor at the HSG have given me the all clear. Which is good. If that's what they put in the report, I will take it.
She said that the information was given to the insurance liaison person yesterday, and I should call her to follow up on what the insurance company says. So since today is only CD12 and I tend not to ovulate until around CD20-23 (with a 15 day luteal phase), that should give the insurance company plenty of time to approve things before my next cycle. So it looks like August could be a go!
I just don't know why they can't CALL ME with this stuff. Bleh.
