When I was in Boston I had receeding gums around one tooth in the front pretty bad and they did this little mini surgery to me where they took a piece of gum material from the edge of the roof of my mouth and transplanted it to where the receeding was happening. It freaked me out a lot and has been my only "surgery" so far. But it worked.
That happened at Gentle Dental in Porter Square. Before that, I went to this terrible place in Central Square on Mass Avenue.
