Right. And it's the every day that has me hung up. To move out there, we need additional expenses like a second car and bills we don't usually pay like water and sewer. So to go out there and NOT save rent/mortgage money and STILL have the extra bills, while earning less money? Ouch.
It's great to build up equity and stuff, but how is it helpful if we can't pay our bills? :)
