The schools are fine in Florence (they use Northampton schools), but in Easthampton, ehh, not as much. Who knows what 6 years will bring, but right now, Florence is a better choice in that respect. It's just pricier.
The houses we can afford in Florence are a lot smaller or a lot more beat down. Tough choice - do we want a better house or a better area?
