I am full of the love today.

First off, I am in mad love with [livejournal.com profile] volumeat11. Not only is he one of the awesomest guys I have known since the 7th grade, but he is also the best mortgage dude in the history of mortgages. No, really. He has researched and plugged in every single thing we could have ever asked us, and sent us I don't know how many spreadsheets, all for a mortgage amount that most Massachusetts mortgage folks would laugh at. (What can we say? We're simple folks.) Nothing says love like a dude who will come over and chat mortgages with you and then pay for your pizza. And he probably mails us something every other day. He is the best. If you know ANYONE who needs a mortgage, seriously, this is your guy.

I am also full of the big love for [livejournal.com profile] saltypony and Elias Rockstar for bringing over a whole crapton of boxes this morning. And they took the leftover beer out of the house, which was awfully nice of them because really, it was just sitting there in the fridge mocking me. And Amy left me an absolutely hysterical voicemail today, the gist of which was, "You're not SLEEPING are you? Most pregnant women are out running MARATHONS right now!" *dies*

I also have smooshy love for [livejournal.com profile] being_homeless who I had kind of written off for dead since I had not been able to contact her AT ALL (e-mail, phone, friends, nothing) in over a year. So not only did I get some chats and hugs with teh Crystal, I also got the sleeping bag that I lent her in, no lie, September of 2004. HA! (Oddly enough, I lent her the sleeping bag for a little road trip to address homelessness, and I brought it over to a fundraiser for said trip that was held at a woman's house. And who was that woman? Grace Ross! I kept thinking she looked familiar when I watched the debates, and Crystal reminded me why. Neat!)

I have major love attacks for my Mom, who sent us a gift certificate to Legal Seafood for our birthday. We never go there because the prices (and the waits) are somewhat ridiculous, but we totally gorged on seafood and it was teh awesome. Jen had the Lobster Bake which came with chowder, lobster, and steamers... and she couldn't even finish it. I rarely see Jen not finish a meal. (I had almond salmon. It was not as good.)

I am stuffed to the gills and have the sleepies. It's nearly time for flannel jammies. Yay!

Pregnant people running marathons?? Only if you're crazy. I was so nauseated and exhausted in the first trimester it was hard to hold my head up most afternoons.
How are you feeling these days?

Honestly? I feel fine. I'm pretty sure I feel exactly the same as I used to before I got knocked up, which really makes me believe this is 100% not real. I /might/ be a little more tired than usual, but that's also pretty common for me this time of year after the clock change. So I don't know.

Today I cleaned out the fridge and the smell of the disgusting onion dip kind of made my stomach a little unhappy, but that is also not unusual. I think onion dip is the grossest thing ever. But I wanted something to spread on top of all of the old checks Jen and I ripped up. Theft proof!!

Don't worry about not having symptoms yet. You're still pretty early. My m/s and extreme exhaustion started around week 6. Some women feel great their whole pregnancies. You just might be a lucky one. Are you having an u/s soon? I'm hoping you'll get to hear that little babies heart beat. Keep me posted. I'm thinking of you.

Yeah, I'm trying not to be worried but worry is something I'm REALLY good at. :) I'm sure when/if I /do/ get symptoms I will curse not enjoying these days!

Ultrasound is on Tuesday! I hope we see more than just an empty sac! Fingers crossed!

I'm glad Crystal is still alive and functional to some extent.
Any more you can say?

Well, I mean, it's totally her business.

But she's had a rough year and wasn't in the greatest spirits but I think she appreciated the company. Still same old Crystal, though! I could have stayed longer to chat but we had to boogie on to something else... so it was more of a drive-by.
