judecorpThis has been an interesting weekend, that's for sure. Yesterday I did the obligatory 'lay around and feel sorry for myself' thing which really doesn't suit me at all, so I'm pretty much done doing that. What's really interesting is everyone's advice. Hee.
Patched things up with Juliann, which is good. Clashing of conflicting moral thunderclouds is never good. Jiggly was a goddess, as was Jodie. My mother, of course, uses this situation to dump her own marital woes on me. She lives vicariously through me. This is a 'What Would Jude Do?' situation for her, because she has always secretly wanted to leave her husband. She went to college through me, travelled through me. She gives me crap about it the whole time, though, because she projects. My mommy is great, but she needs a nutsack.
Tonight in Groups we're watching "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" which will be good though I've seen it a bazillion times. I have to remember to leave A. a note so he'll tape the second half of "Mists of Avalon" so I can watch more bad acting and more hot Julianna Margulies. Yes.
Time to put the laundry in. Be good, LJers!
