I'm not sure what Texas mandates if anything but Citi offers a lifetime max coverage ($24,000) at 90% for everything except surgeries related to infertility including the egg retrieval.
Those were covered at 90%. Oh, and all of our meds were covered too. We are sooooooooooooooooooooo lucky. Otherwise, we'd be up to our eyeballs in debt.
