This afternoon, Punk managed to keep down some water, some Pedialyte before she realized it's disgusting, and an apple juice box. And then she ate 4 crackers at dinner along with a popsicle and half of another juice box. I hate giving her that much juice, especially apple juice because of its umm, gastric properties, but she HAD to drink something.

She is so hungry and she wanted to eat so badly, but she wouldn't touch the chicken broth. She wanted to eat a million crackers but I was worried about pukeage.

My poor little peanut, I just want to feed her. :(

Maybe tomorrow. I tried to go bland for lunch (toast with a little applesauce) and it was a puke-o-rama.

Icky. I just remember mom used to make me pasta with some butter and cinnamon when my stomach was upset. Nummy.

Butter and cinnamon? Interesting.

Puking babies are so sad.

Yeah, it was still fairly bland as far as the tummy goes, but not boring like crackers.

Sick babies period are PATHETIC. Poor Gus. :(

And ginger tea has got to be much too spicy at that age (though it works like a charm nowadays). I imagine that was the logic behind the use of ginger ale as a kid, but artificial ginger flavor seems not to have quite the same properties. Poor tum-tum.

She doesn't want to drink ANYTHING, which is majorly annoying. I almost never give her anything to drink besides milk because I want her to drink milk... and now I am trying to get her to drink pedialyte and stuff and she only wants to drink milk! DANG!

Probably tomorrow.

I tried toast and applesauce this afternoon and that didn't work.
Bananas this morning started the whole mess.

Hoping tomorrow is a puke-free day. :)

I know how you feel -- I just want to feed my kid too. ;) Keeping some foods and liquids down is good ... tomorrow she'll do better.

Poor Punk!

Target had some apple juice flavored pedialyte type stuff that was accepted when mixed with a small bit of actual juice here. Maybe that will help you get some of the good stuff into her?

I hope she's feeling better tomorrow.

Ugh - All Natalie ever wants to drink when she is puke-sick is water, and that ALWAYS makes her yack. It makes me feel like such an ogre to say "No, you can't have water"! I end up begging her to try juice, soda, ANYTHING (all stuff she never has ordinarily) and she always refuses.

I hope this passes quickly, for both of your sakes.
