I, too, believe that there really isn't any benefit to forcing the issue. I don't even really believe in rewarding poops on the potty because the poop on the potty IS the reward. The fact that you didn't have to sit around in your own poo is reward enough, I think. We don't do sticker charts, or M&Ms, or "here, pee on these Cheerios" (I have all boys, k? :-P), or any of that. Leif has shown an interest WAY earlier than Aidan did, and earlier than Joseph as well. Aidan was a late trainer, Joseph was trained at about 3 or something.
So yeah. Yay Punk! Good job with your pooping! I'd say go ahead and buy the underroos.
