Sleep coaching

I have a friend who is a sleep coach. I also seem to make and grow children who don't like to sleep. What a winning combo! So I am going to go through the whole sleep coaching process with her and see what happens, and I'm going to blog the way through. I haven't blogged regularly in forever (and should), and also want to get the word out about my friend.
