Wednesday Morning Musings
Dec. 26th, 2001 11:51 am1. I miss Coworker Hope.
2. Dad comes home from the hospital today.
3. I've been very lonely.
4. New Years is definitely a go.
5. This makes me nervous. But excited. But nervous.
6. Ms. Binkie just called me and said, "I love it when you change for me." She cracks me up.
7. I miss
binkiegirl and
dietbubba.
8. All of Dad's linens are clean. The house still smells.
9. My haircut makes me look like a crossdresser in dresses. Hee.
10. I love when people think I'm some boy.
11. I love it more when they think I'm my brother.
12. Mom said nothing about the hair. Nothing. How sad!
13. I'm hungry.
14. I miss my kitties. They are too cute.
People I'll get to see in a few days:
siercia and
scirocco,
gala,
jost,
xanthe42,
kungfoogirl,
kieron, Carrie, Shani, Hoo, Baga, Mindyboo, Grafton, Rich, and so many others. This is GOOD. I'm also trying to work out details to catch my lovely
rizzo41 in New York, as well as
ennuiennui. Cross your fingers! I have presents to deliver to them, and one for
kieron, too.
I should find food, and then hit the store for cleaning supplies. I'm so tired of cleaning, though. Blah! Aah well, it's all good.
Holiday Loot Update: Assorted Smurf paraphernalia, including a smurf bobble head that I already have (now I can open one!), another copy of The Goonies that will be exchanged for Moulin Rouge, a page-a-day calendar of The Onion (yay!) and a book from Baga, a fleece vest, money money money which will likely buy me a GPS, a gift card, a very girly bracelet that I will return, a scratch ticket that didn't win (Baga's did, though. Phooey!), and a tree ornament made by
binkiegirl. Thank you muchly to all.
The best gift, though, is my father. Obrigado.
